OverviewThe Role:We're looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Water team-an exciting opportunity to work on some of Canada's most beloved brands, including bubly, Montellier, and Aquafina. This role has a special focus on bubly, one of the most vibrant, playful, and fast-growing brands in our portfolio and it will lead all innovation launches and commercial projects, in-store activations and packaging development while executing a portion of the brand media campaigns to deliver business results. This position reports directly to the Waters Marketing Manager.

Total Compensation: $63,300 - $103,200
Responsibilities- Support the Marketing Manager in developing the robust innovation pipeline and lead marketing commercialization of new product launches, including packaging development
- Lead In-store programs from brief to execution working closely with agency partners.
- Support Marketing Manager to deliver best in class and timely marketing & PR campaigns
- Partner and influence internal and external stakeholders (Leadership, Insights, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, RSA etc.) to bring strong consumer plans to life
- Support Marketing Manager in all planning cycle deliverables (AOP, Strat)
- Harness strong analytics through business performance reporting, score carding, program post-gaming and A&M budget management leadership.
Qualifications- Proven ability to deliver results through best-in-class collaboration, consumer focus, and problem solving
- Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
- 1+ year of relevant marketing experience (CPG is a Bonus!)
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to present data and creative ideas in a compelling way
- Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI is an asset
- Minimum of bachelor's degree (Business degree preferred)
