Job Description

The International Aggregators Business Manager supports Domino's Pizza International's Aggregator Center of Excellence (COE). The mission of the role is to help international markets define and execute strategies that drive incremental sales on third-party aggregator platforms while reinforcing Domino's brand positioning across channels.

This role partners closely with International Markets, Business Teams, and cross-functional COEs to support effective aggregator strategies that are commercially impactful, operationally sound, and aligned with broader market priorities across channels including Carryout and 1P Delivery. The Manager helps translate best practices and market learnings into practical tools, recommendations, and execution support for priority markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Aggregator Strategy Consulting
  • Support international markets in defining, refining, and optimizing aggregator strategies that drive sales growth while reinforcing Domino's brand positioning.
  • Provide hands-on support to priority markets, helping move initiatives from opportunity assessment through execution.
  • Advise markets on best practices for balancing aggregator growth with long-term business sustainability across owned and third-party channels.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational constraints related to aggregator initiatives and partner cross-functionally to help address them.
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives across the aggregator experience to improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.

Knowledge Development and Deployment
  • Help capture, organize, and evolve Domino's international point of view on third-party aggregators through market learnings, examples, and best practices.
  • Support the development and maintenance of scalable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and guidance that enable consistent and effective execution across aggregator platforms.
  • Prepare materials and support structured knowledge-sharing forums that accelerate learning and adoption across DPI and International Markets, including recurring Aggregator Forum content and follow-up actions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support communication and rollout of aggregator products, features, and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to markets on platform execution standards and customer experience expectations across aggregator platforms.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with DPI Business Teams, Digital teams, and other COEs to align aggregator priorities with business and commercial objectives.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders in International Markets and support follow-through on agreed priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain awareness of aggregator platform capabilities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to help inform recommendations and support market needs.
  • Support continuous improvement of shared tools, processes, and ways of working across the Aggregators COE.
