Description Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an
Assistant Manager for Commercial Pre-Construction to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.
Job duties to include, but are not limited to: - Preconstruction coordination between estimator, purchasing, installation, and customer including detailed review of plans, specifications, submittals, and contracts.
- Lead internal project preconstruction meetings
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Assistant Manager for Commercial Sales Department
Minimum Qualifications: - 7+ years of commercial construction industry experience
- Construction software and computer skill experience
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmCompensation: - The minimum compensation for this position is $45 per hour.
- The maximum compensation for this position is $50 per hour.
