Assistant Manager of Cash Operations (Los Angeles)Lead our Los Angeles Cash Operations team in processing U.S. currency using advanced authentication and sorting technology. This is a critical leadership role overseeing a large team in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where your work directly impacts the nation's financial stability.
Location: 950 Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (Onsite)
Reports to: Cash Operations ManagerWhat You'll Do:- Lead Operations: Supervise currency processing activities, optimize staff resources and machine utilization, and meet customer deadlines while achieving quality, cost, and efficiency metrics
- Drive Performance: Set team goals, monitor progress, and implement solutions to improve production and operational effectiveness
- Manage Risk: Create and maintain quality control policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Federal Reserve regulations
- Build & Develop a High-Performing Team: Mentor, coach, and train team members for career advancement and high performance
- Solve Problems: Resolve operational issues ranging from routine to complex across machine performance, inventory, customer transactions, and accounting
- Build Relationships: Manage customer and vendor relationships to ensure service level adherence
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in cash/business operations
- 3+ years leading teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM
- Adapt to different shifts based on business needs

Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary Range: Min: $97,100 Mid: $126,000 Max: $154,900 (Location: Los Angeles)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
