Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager of Brand & Experience is responsible for implementing the resort guest experience strategies. This is achieved through the execution of events and activations, partner integration into the resort experience, guest-facing signage and messaging, and digital content management. The Assistant Manager will be on the Resort Marketing Team; working cross-functionally to plan and deliver high quality and engaging experiences and promote the resort brand. This person will be responsible for delivering results safely, on time, and with executional excellence, in service of the guest experience and resort brand goals.

This role requires a motivated and dynamic individual with experience in event planning and business and brand strategy, and strong relationship building skills. This team member will collaborate cross functionally with central and field marketing teams, resort teams, and external partners to drive forward business, brand, and digital initiatives. It is critical this candidate develops authentic connections and fosters integrated thinking, while managing stakeholder expectations across locations and functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Resort Event and Experience Execution

Assist in the ideation and execution events, activations, and programs that elevate the guest experience and bring the resort brand goals to life
  • Support the annual experience planning process by collaborating with resort teams, marketing, and partners to assess, scope, and recommend impactful activations
  • Project manage simultaneous event workflows, creating the run-of-show plans and acting as the onsite lead for set up, activation, and tear down
  • Collaborate with and direct external agencies, contractors, vendors, partners and event staff as needed to produce and deliver activations, events, and brand experiences
  • Track and measure all guest experience initiatives, driving insights from multiple data sources and making recommendations for future changes or improvements

Partner and Sponsor Integration

Support the execution of all contracted partner and sponsor deliverables including on-mountain events, large asset placement, signage, and online promotion
  • Ideate and collaborate with cross-functional resort teams to create opportunities and value on-mountain for partners
  • Serve as the on-the-ground marketing lead for partner site visits and events, ensuring resort and brand goals are supported by partner activities
  • Track all partner deliverables and providing timely reporting to the Strategic Partnership team
  • Facilitate and execute partner photo/video shoots and content capture at events

Resort GTM and Guest Communications

Responsible for executing the in-resort messaging strategy and signage program, and implementing the online (website and mobile app) content strategy for Breckenridge and Keystone
  • Manage the creation of trail maps, in-resort signage and ads, and content for digital screens, making changes as needed throughout the year to address changing business priorities and needs
  • Drive the resort messaging strategy on the resort website and My Epic App, consistently maintaining content and communications to showcase the most relevant information to guests
  • Assist in the review of GTM copy and assets for email, social, and digital ads

Other/Miscellaneous
  • Support the content management plan for Breckenridge and Keystone, working with Creative Services upload and maintain assets in the online asset management library
  • Facilitate and execute resort brand photo/video shoots to support GTM
  • Lead for all resort web cam activity, online integration, and trouble shooting
  • Provide budget tracking support for events, activations, and partnerships
  • Demonstrate a passion and detailed understanding of resort brand position and guidelines, bringing them to life in all job responsibilities
  • Foster a strong sense of inclusive culture with an emphasis on teamwork and efficiency


Job Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree required; emphasis in marketing or business preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing experience: demonstrated brand, experiential or digital marketing
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset and desire to focus on leadership essentials
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Must be able to own and drive multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functionally within the resort

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $67,688.00 - $96,697.00. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

This is a 12-month salaried position and this position is required to be based in Summit County, CO at least 4-5 days per week. Weekend and Holiday work is required
