WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • This position is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of Dealer Network Development Facility Branding department. The role involves processing billing, preparing reports, ensuring program budgets are tracked, document retention/organization, and process development.


HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • The position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to effectively support program success.
  • Prepare presentations and progress reports for prescribed reporting.
  • Research and resolve process-related issues proactively.
  • Maintain and organize essential documents and records.
  • Work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Lead Specialty branding programs.
  • Exercise independent judgment to process monthly complex vendor accounts and billing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering information, documenting processes, and developing presentations.
  • Maintain department budget documents, accruals, and purchase orders.
  • Manage and update system database information.
  • Lead and support special projects, as assigned.
  • Execute ad hoc requests as assigned.
  • Position has authority to aid regional and national staff in maintaining accurate dealer records as directed by Senior Manager, Market Representation.
  • Development of key relationships between and among program stakeholders & Dealer Development group in day-to-day operations of business.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Master's degree a plus.
  • Five or more years of experience, preferably in the automotive field.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Self-starter, organized, detail oriented, and follow-through skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments while meeting company and department objectives.
  • Basic PC skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to work both strategically and operationally.


WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU

  • Compensation Range: $75,400 - $104,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
