Assistant Hospital Manager to join our leadership team.
In this role, you'll partner with the Hospital Manager and Medical Director to support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional patient care and client service.
What You'll Do- Support team leadership, hiring, training, and engagement
- Drive efficient hospital operations and client experience
- Assist with financial performance, budgeting, and expense control
- Ensure compliance with VCA standards and hospital processes
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of operations or healthcare management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Financial and operational acumen; veterinary experience preferred
