Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, business administration, or property management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a commercial or institutional facility.
• Knowledge of facilities management, covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and IT systems.
• Proven experience in project management, procurement, contracts, bids, and quotes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise services related to buildings, equipment, janitorial, and grounds maintenance.
• Procure subcontractor services, schedule installations, and oversee repairs.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs for site-specific systems and equipment.
• Ensure safety regulations and programs are enforced.
• Maintain records for equipment inspections and work assignments.
• Manage budgetary needs and monitor expenditures effectively.
• Evaluate operations for quality and effectiveness, recommending improvements.
