Lola Rose Grand Mezze is now recruiting for an Assistant General Manager to join the hotel's Food & Beverage leadership team. Tucked above the buzz of Downtown, on the second floor of Thompson Palm Springs Resort, Lola Rose Grand Mezze is more than just a restaurant-it's a journey. One that begins the moment you step into our sunlit lounge with mid-century modern aesthetics, flows through our social bar, and unfolds into an intimate dining experience where every shareable dish invites connection.
The Assistant General Manager will support the following food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt which will include:
- Lola Rose Grand Mezze- three meal restaurant & lounge
- In-Room Dining- Offering breakfast, lunch & dinner
- Responsible for the short- and long-term planning of the restaurant
- Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
- Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
- Full understanding of Colleague engagement
- Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
- Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
- Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free-standing entity
This is an
exempt (salaried) role. The budgeted salary range for this position is
$77,000 - $98,000. This is the pay range for this position that Thompson Palm Springs Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience and education.
