Responsibilities - Uphold brand and service standards while driving sales growth and cost control
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences; resolve issues and convert challenges into loyalty
- Lead and develop front-of-house teams through coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Oversee shift execution, scheduling, floor plans, and daily operational decisions
- Maintain cleanliness, uniform standards, and a polished restaurant environment
- Support the General Manager with financial reporting, invoices, payroll, and administrative responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications - 2+ years of senior management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Extensive fine dining and front-of-house experience (Forbes training a plus)
- Strong understanding of financial performance and cost control
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic
- Graduate of an accredited hospitality or culinary program is a plus
Pay RangeUSD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
