Responsibilities

• Lead excellent service by engaging with guests and ensuring smooth operations on the floor.
• Coach and develop team members on service skills, menu knowledge, and beverage presentations.
• Conduct engaging pre-shift meetings to prepare the team for service.
• Maintain operational efficiency by managing opening/closing duties and daily recaps.
• Support team development through training and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to monitor and manage budgetary concerns.
• Create front-of-house schedules and assist with inventory management.
