Description

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Assistant Fleet Manager to oversee personnel, safety, productivity, and budgeting for our maintenance operations across multiple recycling facilities. This role plays a key part in system transitions, equipment reliability, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead maintenance operations across sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Manage personnel schedules, training, and performance.
  • Support the transition between maintenance software systems.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance, inventory, and repair part availability.
  • Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Plant Managers to meet site and company goals.
