What You9ll Be Doing:- Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department
- Mentor and train nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Support the development and implementation of programs that enhance resident satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain a climate of continuous improvement and resident-centered care
Qualifications:- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state
- Requires minimum of 2 years9 experience working in long term care or equivalent
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Passion for working with individuals with Alzheimer9s and other memory impairments
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Willingness to work outside regular hours based on business needs
- Experience supervising others preferred

Anticipated pay range
$110,000-$115,000 USD
