Assistant Director of Nursing - Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community

$95,000-$100,000/year, based on experience. Full-time, Monday through Friday, with on-call and holiday rotation. Lead nursing operations at a full-continuum campus where your decisions directly shape resident care.

Tudor Oaks is a continuing care retirement community in Muskego, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing on one 110-acre campus. As Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll work alongside the Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and guide the nursing team across the health center.

What you'll do
  • Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical and administrative operations
  • Help ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for residents
