We are seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nurses (ADON) to join our team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nurses (ADON) to join our community. The ideal candidate will be resident- and family-centered, a strong team builder, and passionate about fostering a positive clinical culture while supporting high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development for clinical leadership, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and achievement of nursing department goals, including staff development initiatives and educational programming
  • Assist in implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards of practice in accordance with corporate guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with department leaders to promote effective communication and positive interdepartmental relationships
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of accurate and effective clinical documentation systems
  • Provide direct resident care as needed based on staffing requirements, ensuring compassionate and effective engagement with residents and families
  • Contribute to the development and execution of innovative initiatives to improve systems, processes, and overall quality of care

Qualifications
  • Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in a similar care setting serving the same resident population required
  • At least one (1) year of management or supervisory experience required
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing facility operations required
  • Demonstrated professionalism, clinical expertise, compassion, and commitment to high-quality care
