Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development for clinical leadership, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in the development, implementation, and achievement of nursing department goals, including staff development initiatives and educational programming
- Assist in implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards of practice in accordance with corporate guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with department leaders to promote effective communication and positive interdepartmental relationships
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of accurate and effective clinical documentation systems
- Provide direct resident care as needed based on staffing requirements, ensuring compassionate and effective engagement with residents and families
- Contribute to the development and execution of innovative initiatives to improve systems, processes, and overall quality of care
Qualifications- Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university required
- Current CPR certification required
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in a similar care setting serving the same resident population required
- At least one (1) year of management or supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing facility operations required
