Holliswood Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join its leadership team in Hollis, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) with the management of nursing operations and maintaining high-quality resident care.
  • Conduct weekly wound and skin rounds.
  • Support regulatory compliance and promote effective communication across all levels of the nursing team.
  • Ensure the nursing and medical needs of all residents are met.
  • Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation.
