Lead the operational heartbeat of HR. We're looking for an experienced HR leader to serve as a strategic partner to our Director of Human Resources and help support the continued growth of a fast-moving, multi-state organization. This role is designed for someone who thrives in operational HR leadership, enjoys building structure and supporting leaders, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with future executive growth potential.About the Opportunity The Assistant Director of Human Resources will support day-to-day HR operations across our multifamily and senior living portfolio while helping drive consistency, compliance, employee relations, leadership support, and process improvement initiatives company-wide. This is not a recruiting-heavy or payroll-focused role. Instead, we are seeking a well-rounded HR professional who can operate both strategically and operationally while helping strengthen the infrastructure, culture, and leadership support systems of a growing organization.
