ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, FINANCIAL OPERATIONS AND PROCUREMENT, Campus Services & Stewardship (CSS) , leads financial operations across CSS, overseeing the buy-to-pay (B2P) lifecycle and payroll coordination within a complex, decentralized environment; ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of high-volume financial transactions, while strengthening internal controls and aligning operations with Institute policies and funding requirements; designs, standardizes, and continuously improves financial workflows, with a focus on scalability, data integrity, and operational effectiveness; supports ERP implementation; hands-on leadership role that combines operational oversight, process design, and team management to strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of CSS financial operations.

Job Requirements REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in financial operations, procurement, payroll coordination, or high-volume transactional environments; strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes, payroll operations, and financial workflows; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Coupa or similar) and process implementation; strong analytical, problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to design, document, and improve end-to-end financial processes; excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across functions. PREFERRED : Experience in higher education or large, decentralized organizations.

Position has a hybrid schedule: at least 2 days on-site.
