Position Title: Assistant Director, Finance and Administration

The Assistant Director, Finance and Administration plays a critical role in overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization. This position requires a strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and grant management. The individual will be responsible for building budgets, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Effective communication and collaboration across departments are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with various stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple grants and deadlines while maintaining cash flow is vital for success in this position.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 / Year DOE
