Responsibilities

  • Fully own and execute end-to-end rollouts of personal auto insurance pricing programs in assigned states.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for pricing programs, offering recommendations that influence state decisions and corporate strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • Conduct complex analyses and competitive research to inform business decisions.
  • Educate IT and business partners on the business vision, plan, and the impacts of changes.
  • Manage project timelines independently, identifying risks and developing contingency plans as necessary.

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of personalauto insurance? Join our Personal Lines Auto Delivery team, where you'll play a key role in shaping and executing innovative pricing programs that drive USRM's profit and growth goals. You'll take ownership of end-to-end rollouts for assigned states, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating closely with stakeholders like the Director of State Operations. With a focus on project management, you'll simplify complex concepts and conduct deep analyses to guide strategic decisions. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love creative problem-solving, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in pricing and product ecosystems while fostering cross-functional partnerships. Responsibilities:

  • Fully own and execute on assigned states' end-to-end rollout of the latest personal auto insurance pricing programs.
  • Gather and document product requirements, clearly communicate requirements to stakeholders, and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the pricing program and assigned states, provide thoughtful recommendations that influence state decisions and help drive corporate strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage moderate to high complexity projects.
  • Conduct complex analyses to drive and support business decisions; where necessary, conduct in depth research of competitor offerings and filings.
  • Educate IT partners on business vision and plan, and both IT and business partners on the impact of changes.
  • Independently manage project timelines, flag risks and develop contingency plans, escalate blockers as appropriate.
  • Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on project progress, addressing concerns and managing communication channels.
  • Lead job shadow discussions with less experienced analysts. Provides technical training and user support to business groups.
