ESSENTIAL DUTIES - Records the daily banking entries, funds transfers and ACH transactions for multiple accounts
- Reconciles, posts and provides/completes accurate reports as required on multiple accounts daily, weekly and monthly depending on company schedules.
- Reconciles parts inventory for multiple locations daily.
- Approves accounts payable invoices as required
- Follows up on all inaccuracies and takes appropriate action to track and resolve to acceptable outcome
- Maintains a professional appearance.
Additional Duties: - Completes vendor credit applications
- Post month end closing journal entries
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
