Description

The Role
We're looking for an Assistant Controller to join our collaborative accounting team in Everett, WA. You'll work closely with the Controller and lead a talented group of professionals, including Accounting Managers, Property Accountants, Payroll and AP & Cash Reconciliation. Your focus will be on supporting the team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and partnering with our operational colleagues-from Store Managers to Regional and District Managers-to help the business thrive.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with a highly capable and internally driven team.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and support a talented accounting team across multiple functions
