Full Job Description

Not your typical APM role.At Harmon,you’lltake on a hands-on, decision-making position with direct client interaction—leveragingyour curtainwall or glazing experience (preferred) during an18-month onsite assignment in Albany, NYthat will set your career apart.   For this temporary assignment, you will serve as an onsite Assistant Project Manager supporting a major project. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on field experience, deepen your industry knowledge, and accelerate your career growth while working closely with project and field leadership.You’ll partner closely with project leaders, field teams, and clients to drive process accuracy, manage key project tasks, and support financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting project scheduling, tracking progress, andmaintainingaccurate documentation

-Assistingwith procurement, purchase orders, and project buyouts

- Monitoring jobsiteprogress  throughreporting, and status updates

- Interfacing directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate project updates and support strong relationships

- Attending andparticipatingin project meetings to drive alignment across teams

- Supporting financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting

- Partnering with field teams, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure quality and alignment

- Makingtimely, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

-Identifyingrisks and solving problems proactively

- Supporting safety and project compliance

What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Construction experience preferred

- Curtainwall or façade industry experience strongly preferred

- Willingness torelocateto Albany, NY for 18 months

Compensation Range: $100,000/yr-$115,000/yr.
