The impact you will have in this role:

As a Senior Associate - Innovations & Data within the Asset Services team, you will help lead the development and execution of the security reference data, advancing the use of the innovative technologies to strengthen the foundation of DTCC's post-trade ecosystem. You will act as a partner for results, collaborating across product, technology, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that enhance client value and operational excellence. In this role, you will drive change and help shape the vision of the Asset Services department, supporting its transformation into a more agile, data-centric, and innovation-led organization. Your contributions will directly influence the evolution of market infrastructure and position Asset Services for sustained success in an increasingly digital and interconnected financial landscape.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the team's security reference data / corporate actions announcements data strategy ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards and modernization objectives across Asset Services.
  • Advance the use of innovative technologies such as AI (agentic AI processes), data automation, and cloud platforms to strengthen data integrity, processing efficiency, and gain business insights.
  • Monitor key innovation initiatives and report on progress helping leadership measure impact, manage risk, and sustain momentum in the transformation agenda.
  • Assist in shaping the future-state vision of Asset Services by translating strategic priorities into actionable data and technology-driven projects.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, technology, the data office, and operations to identify, design and deliver innovative data solutions that enhance quality, timeliness, and usability.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to explore interoperability, reference data distribution, and new value creation opportunities.
  • Develop analytical models and performance metrics that provide transparency into data accuracy, completeness, and client value delivery.
  • Help embed change-management efforts to support a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Asset Services team.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in product management role specializing in data management, data strategy and / or technology innovation
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
