ActivitiesAs an Asset Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, driving their financial and operational performance while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maximize asset value by monitoring and optimizing performance of solar, wind, and storage projects
- Act as the owner's representative, managing relationships with internal teams, investors, offtakers, and service providers
- Ensure contractual compliance across key agreements (PPAs, O&M, EPC, interconnection, financing, leases)
- Lead issue resolution for technical, commercial, regulatory, and environmental challenges
- Oversee financial performance, including budgets, cash flow management, variance analysis, and reporting
- Support revenue optimization in collaboration with trading and market teams
- Prepare and deliver reporting to internal stakeholders, partners, and investors
- Manage project-level financial operations, including OPEX, invoicing, receivables, and distributions
- Drive value creation initiatives and continuous improvement across the portfolio
- Develop market expertise in electricity markets, renewable energy credits (RECs), and capacity structures
In this role, you will directly contribute to maximizing returns and ensuring the long-term success of our renewable assets.
Candidate ProfileWhat You Bring Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree with 3-5+ years of experience in renewable energy, asset management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of utility-scale renewable projects across development, construction, and operations
- Experience managing commercial agreements and asset-level obligations
- Proven ability to manage financial performance, budgets, and cash flows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience within a global or matrixed organization
- Knowledge of complex project financing structures (tax equity, debt, sponsor models)
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Experience working directly with external stakeholders (offtakers, vendors, service providers)
- Familiarity with U.S. renewable energy markets, regulations, and incentive programs
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
