JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Technology Associate in the Private Equity Group, you will support the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions that enhance the Private Equity group’s investment, diligence, portfolio monitoring, and investor reporting processes. This role partners closely with investment teams, operations, and technology to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and support delivery of high-impact digital initiatives.

Job responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with senior leadership to support transformation initiatives.
  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workflow mapping, and user-story development.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to support development and testing activities.
  • Track progress against product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across the US and India to support agile ceremonies and product execution.
  • Support vendor evaluations, proposal reviews, and ongoing vendor management. Exposure to vendor products like MSCI, Canoe, Monday.com.
  • Support definition of data requirements, taxonomies, and integration needs across deal, portfolio, and investor datasets.
  • Assist in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that enhance decision-making and operational visibility.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards.
  • Prepare materials for leadership updates, steering committees, and project documentation.
