The WSP US Advisory practice is dedicated to transforming the business of infrastructure across the transportation, buildings, energy, water, environmental, and power sectors. Our team operates nationally, with professionals located throughout the United States, collaborating to help clients achieve sustainable and measurable outcomes.
Your Impact

The successful candidate will lead the AMBA Asset Intelligence and Technology Practice within Management Consulting at WSP Advisory Services. The Asset Intelligence and Technology Practice helps infrastructure organizations translate asset management strategies, engineering data, and digital technologies into operational decisions, automated workflows, and sustained performance improvements across the asset lifecycle.

We deliver these outcomes through a broad range of services, including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system implementations, EAM and GIS modernization, systems integration, digital advisory, advanced analytics, and predictive and risk-based maintenance solutions, among others.

This position is responsible for shaping and growing client relationships, originating and selling new business, leading high-quality project delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and advancing technology- and data-driven initiatives across multiple asset-intensive sectors.

To do this, you will:

Develop opportunities and lead strategic consulting services for Asset Intelligence and Technology. Support the overall long-term strategy, growth, client pipeline, and market positioning of the Asset Management Business Advisory team within Management Consulting and Advisory Services.

Originate, sell, and deliver Asset Intelligence and Technology work by developing trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, leading pursuits, and supporting revenue and growth objectives.

Provide executive-level strategic advice to clients and WSP Advisory leadership on asset intelligence and technology trends and cutting edge methodologies. Lead client presentations, workshops, interviews, and leadership meetings with confidence and credibility.

Serve as proposal lead and technical advisor on asset intelligence and technology related projects, ensuring teams understand objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering system requirements, digital advisory strategies and roadmaps; asset management digital operating models that integrate GIS, BIM, asset, and operational data through clear governance and interoperable standards; modernized and automated EAM/GIS platforms; integrated asset health, performance, and risk insights; advanced data engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence models and tools; predictive maintenance recommendations and risk-based intervention plans; and IoT and multisensory data acquisition strategies that establish the foundation for digital twins, simulations, real-time monitoring, and intelligent decision-making.

Lead and mentor project teams and staff, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture focused on quality, innovation, accountability, and professional growth. Conduct internal training for junior staff.

Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Who You Are

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or Systems Engineering or closely related and applicable discipline.

Experience in Management Consulting growing and managing a technology related practice.

12+ years directly managing hands-on EAM System implementation teams in asset intensive organizations

Demonstrated success implementing EAM Systems and leading digital transformation programs in multi-million-dollar asset intensive organizations

Extensive experience and demonstrated success pursuing new business opportunities, developing technical proposals and winning asset intelligence and technology related work across a variety of industry clients.

Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills both in person and remote, and ability to engage with stakeholders from executive to operations level

Proven record leading complex technology programs and fostering strong client relationships resulting in business growth

Demonstrated understanding of ISO-19650 and ISO-55000 standards

High-quality standards with an innate attention to detail

Strong team player who can get things done under competing client priorities

Required Qualifications

Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering Management, Asset Management, or Reliability Engineering.

Experience across multiple asset intensive industries

Experience across multiple EAM System platforms including Maximo, Hexagon, Trapeze and others

Experience developing and implementing enterprise GIS strategies and leading modernization initiatives, including development of standards, policies and best practices.

Published white papers, articles, or keynote presentations at major international conferences.

Compensation:

Expected Salary (all locations): $153,400 - $283,600

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
