Join JPMorganChase Wealth Management's Chief Data Office, a collaborative team focused on advancing data products and operational excellence. The team partners across business, technology, operations, and client-facing organizations to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Job Summary

As an Associate Product Delivery Analyst within Client Information, you support delivery activities for Party and Account data products within broader programs. Execute standardized processes for generating delivery artifacts while leveraging Intelligent Automation (IA) to improve efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with Product Owners, technology, operations, and control teams to align requirements, manage dependencies, support production readiness, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery activities for Client Information products within cross-product programs.
  • Partner with Product Owners, technology, operations, and control teams to align scope, sequencing, and milestones.
  • Document and track dependencies, actions, decisions, and follow-up items for Client Information initiatives.
  • Support program meetings through status updates and artifact management.
  • Execute standardized processes for generating delivery artifacts, including project plans, meeting notes, status reports, RAID logs, and runbooks using Intelligent Automation.
  • Maintain reusable delivery artifacts that are consistently formatted and accessible across the team.
  • Identify and implement Intelligent Automation opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitor progress of Client Information deliverables and escalate risks and issues when appropriate.
  • Support production readiness, rollout, and stabilization activities for Client Information products.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for delivery processes and reusable artifacts.
  • Execute tasks with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.
