Are you a strategic, data-driven Senior Associate ready to partner with CRE leaders to deliver sales enablement, reporting, and executive-ready insights that drive measurable outcomes? If so, you've found the right team!

As a Senior Associate within Commercial Banking's Sales & Business Enablement organization, you will support the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Sales & Business Enablement Executive Director in executing strategic objectives and driving measurable outcomes across the CRE business. You will partner closely with CRE stakeholders, Business Support Management, and other internal partners to deliver reporting, tracking, skill-building, and sales enablement initiatives. You will translate data into insights and executive-ready materials that improve both client and employee experiences, while also contributing to broader Sales & Business Enablement programs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute cross-functional, national initiatives aligned to CRE and Commercial Banking priorities
  • Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting/analytics; improve data quality and client execution
  • Build trusted partnerships across Commercial Banking, Global Banking, and key internal stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of learning, ownership, and collaboration
  • Create executive-ready materials with data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Develop messaging and positioning for new feature launches and enhancements
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client insights to inform strategy and product direction
  • Translate priorities into structured plans, roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder communications
  • Lead special projects and ad-hoc analyses for Sales & Business Enablement leadership
  • Coordinate external platform deliverables, timelines, and risk/issue escalations
  • Drive financial analysis, process improvement, and tool adoption via automation, visualization, and usage metrics


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 3+ years in Business Management, Project Management, Sales Enablement, or Chief of Staff roles within financial services
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and operate effectively in a matrixed environment
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills; self-starter mindset
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear conclusions
  • Executive-ready reporting and presentation skills with strong attention to detail and design quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messages to varied audiences and seniority levels
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, CRM systems, and common productivity tools
  • Ability to drive outcomes through influence and stakeholder management (without direct authority)
  • Strategic thinking: translate strategy into clear plans, milestones, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and organization to manage ambiguity, time-sensitive requests, and multiple priorities across workstreams
  • Bachelor's degree required


Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and data/analytics tooling.
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, and visualization tools.
  • Exposure to generative AI tools used for productivity and process improvement.
