Job Summary:
Designs, implements, and optimizes intelligent AI, machine learning and automation solutions across Integrated Health Technologies' healthcare ecosystem. Focuses on building scalable, compliant, and efficient AI-driven automation workflows that enhance clinical decision support, streamline administrative operations, and improve patient engagement. Requires strong experience developing AI/ML solutions, robotic process automation (RPA), and healthcare data standards, with a commitment to ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered automation workflows for clinical and administrative use cases.
  • Integrates machine learning models into RPA platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Develops APIs and microservices to support automation pipelines.
  • Leverages Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols to enable secure communication between AI agents, potentially across cloud environments.
  • Leverages Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable AI agents to interface with other systems.
  • Ensures solutions meet scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
  • Provides technical guidance to junior engineers and automation developers.
  • Conducts code reviews and enforce best practices in automation development.
  • Collaborates with Lead AI Developer to align automation initiatives with broader AI strategy.
  • Supports MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of automation solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education

  • Seven years' experience


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
