Overview: The AI Analyst supports the implementation and day-to-day operation of pre-built AI solutions-such as UIPath, Copilot Studio, and other low-code platforms-to help improve productivity and user experience across the organization. This role focuses on assisting with solution setup, providing basic technical support, and helping business teams adopt existing AI tools. The AI Analyst will also help identify simple opportunities where generative AI or data-driven tools could streamline tasks or enhance workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining pre-built AI and low-code solutions (e.g., UIPath, Copilot Studio) to automate routine tasks and support reporting needs.
- Work with Business Units, Organizational Agility, and IT partners to support solution rollout and ensure alignment with established processes.
- Follow best practices in low-code development and process design to help ensure consistent and user-friendly solutions.
- Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance for deployed AI tools.
- Help research and suggest potential new use cases for generative AI and data-science-enabled tools.
- Support the creation of use cases, assist with initial testing, and help coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure all AI solutions follow organizational policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Communicate updates regarding platform changes, enhancements, and known issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computing Studies, Information Systems, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 0 - 2 Years of Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., UIPath, Copilot Studio) and familiarity with data science and generative AI solutions.
- Ability to learn and explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable way.
- Strong analytical thinking and interest in process improvement.
- Solid customer service skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Why Youll Love Working Here:The pay range for this position is between $71,600-116,550 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, 401(k) with an 6% employer match per pay period.
