Art Director, Origins - GlobalThe
Art Director, Origins will define and steward the brand's visual language across all brand
touchpoints - from campaign concept to final execution. We are looking for a modern,
creative visionary who leads social & digital-first. This individual will translate brand values into imagery, environments, and narratives across a variety of channels and mediums.
This role partners closely with the VP Brand, as well as Brand, Product, Social Media, and Digital teams to translate Origins' philosophy into elevated, modern storytelling.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLECreative Direction & Brand Vision
- Define and evolve Origin's visual identity and creative standards - translating the brand's origin story, philosophy, and formulation principles into a modern visual language with digital as priority
- Be the keeper of Origins' visual world and brand aesthetic
- Develop mood, tone, typography, color systems, and art direction frameworks
- Be the guardian of creative consistency for Origins' visual identity across social, digital, retail, packaging, and print
- Develop and articulate creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, large initiatives, and product launches
- Translate brand strategy into seasonal creative concepts and campaign narratives
- Create a strategy for scientific storytelling connected to Origins' innovation
Art Direction & Production
- Lead art direction with the support of in-house team & agencies for:
- Paid and organic social content
- Web, CRM, Paid
- Print / OOH
- Retailer environments
- Launch campaigns and brand moments
- Future packaging & product design
- Manage photographers, videographers, designers, and other creative partners
- Lead a small but dynamic creative team inclusive of Social Media Design, Digital Design, and Copywriting
- Be accountable for the delivery of all visual assets needed for campaign and brand planning
- Lead the evolution of creative strategy through research, references, and cultural awareness
Operational Leadership and Team Management
- Collaborate with design and production teams to execute deliverables efficiently
- Manage external agencies and freelance creatives when needed
- Develop an organized asset management system and creative workflows
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE- 7+ years of people management and/or leadership experience is required.
- 10+ years of work experience in creative design is required.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Software and Figma with a strong knowledge of photography, video, and motion composition.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to validate concepts with senior leadership and present to the C-suite.
- Strong leadership mindset with a proven ability to manage complex project workloads and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of design strategy and the ability to use analytics to interpret data and develop inventive solutions.
