Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to build trust with clients.
• Passion for closing deals and enabling others to achieve the same.
• Proficiency with CRM and relevant technology tools.
• Experience in field training with teams of 5 or more is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a focus on teamwork and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams to exceed performance goals.
• Conduct in-person meetings with local business owners to promote services.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to uncover cost-saving and risk management opportunities.
• Develop sales talent through hands-on coaching and constructive feedback.
• Drive daily sales activities and ensure team accountability for results.
