DescriptionPurpose of Position: Responsible for supervising and coordinating all on site field or shop operations while providing comprehensive onsite practical and technical direction pertaining to contract scope for all construction.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:- Monitor compliance with corporate/project safety program requirements and interface with Safety Managers.
- Adhere to project schedule and orchestrate timely and quality project completion within budget.
- Provide pertinent information and trade specific information to the GC in the development of the project schedule.
- Cooperate with project management and maintain open lines of communication regarding matters concerning project budget, productivity, change orders, quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Execute, supervise and maintain CPMI.
- Lead daily and weekly scope of work activities.
- Requisition, maintain and account for tools, materials and equipment.
- Monitor progress, performance and quality of work for subcontractors and major equipment suppliers.
- Manage book of business with Operations Managers with multiple projects.
- Constant collaboration with Operations and GC's.
- Ensure required permits and/or licenses are obtained and posted.
- Coordinate required jurisdictional inspections.
- Provide required training, mentoring, coaching and leadership for field personnel.
- Day-to-day coordination of field/shop work force with Labor Resources.
- Data entry and maintenance for field work force employee tracking.
- Select field force staff for new projects.
- Coordinate scheduling of specialty crews (i.e., underground and mechanical room piping).
Accountability:- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Prompt, punctual, and regular attendance during core business hours, in an office environment (not a telecommuting position), including a reliable means of transport to and from work. Ability to occasionally to travel between corporate offices and jobsites within the Denver Metro Area, during work hours.

Minimum Physical Requirements: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
- Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Qualifications:- Masters or college/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally required.
- Expert in field, extensive relevant experience, 15+ years.
- Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing and guiding extensive programs and activities of importance.
- Demonstrates independent decision-making.
- Great communication, negotiation and training skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage autonomous individuals, managers and diverse groups giving broader direction.
