Job Description:
Delivers Area P&L performance by executing the product strategy locally, ensuring production, governance, and driving customer retention, growth, and profitability through strong pipeline management and cross-functional collaboration. The role shapes and delivers the Area Business Plan by coordinating pricing within CEN guidelines, aligning input from relevant products, and steering the commercial organization to win, retain, and expand CCL customers.
Accountabilities
Critical Tasks
Define, implement, execute Area CCL strategy as cascade of the Regional CCL Strategy
Drive development of CCL e2e Value Propositions for the Area in close cooperation with SAL, OPS and area product organizations
Local execution of product governance
Pipeline management and SME support to Area Commercial
Pricing of CCL solutions based on pricing authority given by CEN CCL
Required knowledge & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the CCL (Cold Chain Logistics) industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Demonstrated strategic acumen with the ability to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and profitability.
Strong financial and commercial business acumen, including experience managing P&L performance and business cases.
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions and organizational levels.
Solid understanding of commercial solution selling processes, including value proposition development, pricing, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
