Salary: $70K to $115K dependent upon experience.

Additional Earnings: Commissions make up the remaining 50% OTE with commissions paid monthly

The EPIC Area Manager we are looking for:

A driven and highly proactive individual responsible for aggressively building and expanding relationships with both new and existing customers. This person will be relentless in delivering exceptional service, offering expert guidance on HFD products, and responding with urgency to customer needs. They will take ownership of identifying revenue opportunities within current accounts and actively push to maximize product adoption and sales growth.

As an Area Manager, you will:
  • Manage key field relationships with our provider partners and their teams to drive adoption, retention, and consistent origination performance.
  • Collaborate with corporate partners and field reps to ensure alignment, share best practices, and support joint goals.
  • Monitor territory performance closely. Spot trends early, identify gaps, and proactively take steps to support underperforming offices.
  • Identify and close new opportunities. Whether through partner referrals or proactive outreach, you'll help us grow our footprint.
  • Support provider offices to operate effectively. Serve as a trusted advisor who helps them use HFD effectively and confidently.
  • Deliver strong presentations that communicate the value of our program clearly to both clinical and business stakeholders.
  • Qualify partnerships with intention. We work best with engaged, willing practices your job is to find the right fit and set them up for success.
  • Understand provider workflows and technology. Be confident navigating integrations and system configurations to support adoption.
  • Own the onboarding process. Ensure new offices are fully trained and originating as quickly as possible.
  • Be the voice of the field. Gather feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and internal improvements.
  • Stay accountable. Provide weekly updates with key outcomes, progress toward goals, and plans for improvement. ment.


Requirements

  • Experience in field sales, territory management, or customer success
  • Experience in Dental, Orthodontics or patient financing a plus but not required
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfort with performance metrics and accountability
  • Confidence presenting to diverse stakeholders, from treatment coordinators and office managers to executives
  • Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
  • A mindset focused on partnership, problem-solving, and execution

* Significant upside with commission paid out monthly
