About the Role:

The Area Manager, Power & Reliability, plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the operational performance and reliability of power systems within a designated geographic area in the United States. This position is responsible for ensuring the continuous delivery of safe, reliable, and cost-effective power to customers by managing teams, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing strategic initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional departments to optimize asset performance, mitigate risks, and comply with regulatory standards. The Area Manager will drive improvements in system reliability metrics and customer satisfaction through proactive planning and effective resource management. Ultimately, this position ensures that power infrastructure meets current and future demands while supporting the company's commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in power generation, transmission, or distribution operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of power system reliability standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
