Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon organization in a leadership role that blends hands-on salon management with multi-salon oversight. As an Area Manager, you'll directly manage one salon while also supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations.

This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams.

Motivate and train a team of stylists and leaders without the need to work every weekend day! As an Area Manager, you will hire and train new employees for open positions in your 2-3 assigned salons. Lead your teams to success by staying organized, delivering our steps to customer care, refine operations and profitability while working some hours behind the chair and other hours enhancing the salons. What you bring to the team
To succeed as an Area Manager in a Great Clips salon organization, you'll need:
  • Previous salon management experience or multi-unit retail management experience
