• Hire, train, and manage the photography and drone pilot team.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at all times.
• Develop expertise in FPM products for sales and upselling.
• Foster a positive and energetic office environment.
• Cultivate leadership skills within the team.
• Monitor and track performance metrics weekly for success evaluation.
• Conduct weekly meetings to coach and motivate photographers.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of all media produced.
• Maintain and manage the functionality of photography and videography equipment.
• Resolve complex issues proactively as they arise.
