Full Job Description
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon organization in a leadership role that blends hands-on salon management with multi-salon oversight. As an Area Manager, you'll directly manage one salon while also supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations.

This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams.

Lead, encourage, and develop a team of skilled stylists! As an Area Manager, you'll recruit and coach new hires, oversee 2-3 salons, and guide your teams toward success. Stay organized, elevate the guest experience, strengthen operations and performance, and divide your time between working behind the chair and supporting each location. Earn up to $85K annually plus PTO, paid training, and medical-dental-vision coverage. We're a rapidly growing, locally owned franchise with real opportunities to advance, make an impact, and have fun doing it!
