  • Build and develop high-performing teams across supervisors and frontline leaders
  • Coach, mentor, and support ongoing employee development and career growth
  • Lead hiring, performance management, and workforce planning efforts
  • Foster accountability through clear expectations, feedback, and recognition
  • Drive results through effective delegation, planning, and team alignment

What You Bring
  • Experience leading plant or multi-site operations (aggregates, asphalt, ready-mix, or similar industry)
  • Strong track record of delivering safety, operational, and financial results
  • Ability to lead through others and build strong, engaged teams
  • Experience managing or supporting capital projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence across teams

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience (10+ years)
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel across assigned operations

Additional Expectations
  • Willingness to travel and support operations as needed, including nights or weekends
  • Maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and the community
