- Develop business plans, budgets, capital plans, and operational metrics

- Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, environmental, and company requirements

Typical EducationAssociate degree or equivalent experience
Required Qualifications- 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, transportation, or related industries
- Experience implementing technology solutions and business systems
- Strong understanding of asset management, fleet management, inventory control, and business planning
- Advanced Microsoft Office and operational software proficiency
- Valid driver license
Preferred Qualifications- Agricultural industry experience strongly preferred but not required
- Multi-location management experience
- ERP, inventory management, logistics, or dispatch software experience
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
