Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations for multiple locations within the assigned region
- Lead, coach, and support location managers and staff
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure locations meet company standards for customer service and operational efficiency
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and productivity goals
- Address customer concerns and resolve escalated issues professionally
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve company goals and growth initiatives
Qualifications- 3+ years of multi-site management or leadership experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with operations, staffing, and performance management
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems preferred
