Salary: $88,650 - $100,000
What We're Looking For- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in human services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Operational Expertise: Proven background in budget management, staff development, and quality compliance preferred.
- Community Builder: Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills to connect with families, state officials, and community leaders.
- Requirements: Ability to travel locally/regionally, a valid driver's license, and a drive to solve problems with agility.
