Full Job Description
Who you are: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Area Director for Daily Provisions is responsible for building strategy, managing execution, and driving results in each location. Collaboration and teamwork will always be top of mind, which includes developing leaders, balancing talents, preparing for the future, and nurturing culture. You'll represent Daily Provisions with Enlightened Hospitality. You'll partner with Union Square Hospitality Group's support functions, finding the best ways to execute our standards efficiently and effectively!

What you'll do:

  • Consistently deliver a culture of Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members
  • Complete intentional visits to ensure standards of product, hospitality, compliance, and systems
  • Build and lead management teams to achieve high performance
  • Foster team culture and growth, always building a strong bench
  • Lead, teach, and execute plans to manage healthy P&Ls
  • Serve as the liaison between the home office support functions and the management teams
  • Handle escalated guest feedback and sets plans in place with teams to address the misses and sustain the wins
  • Protect the brand through facility maintenance, active community engagement, and marketing execution
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success


What we need from you:

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in a similar establishment successfully leading, developing, and nurturing management teams
  • Motivation, commitment to excellence, and a spirit to learn and lead!
  • Critical thinking skills and a focus on problem-solving
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, ideally in two or more languages
  • Solid financial and analytical skills with the ability to drive profitability while maintaining great guest and team experiences.
  • Ability to travel
