Be the Area Dialysis Program Manager you have always wanted to be- Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following all applicable guidelines in multiple hospitals.
- Direct and organize multiple hospital's hemodialysis program.
- Implement policies for safe and effective care.
- Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.
Qualifications:- License or Certification:
oCurrent RN licensure as per state regulations.
oBLS (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
oACLS within 1 year of hire.
oOne year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
oOne year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
oInpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
