Area Business Manager (Northeast): Atticus EcoCore Division

What you will do in this role

The Area Business Manager will work remotely, reporting to an EcoCore Director, and will be responsible for the company's EcoCore success in the Northeast. This will be accomplished through effective sales, business development, and channel management, along with solid market execution skills and the ability to develop strong relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts to optimize market access - create and implement product / distributor programs that deliver results
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with customers and key influencers to evaluate needs, obtain feedback, and increase Atticus company and portfolio awareness
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners who are committed to EcoCore markets
  • Execute annual territory business plan and provide ongoing customer and item-level forecasts
  • Lead and execute effective sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Develop positive relationships with distribution partners and end-users, built on trust and collaboration
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of prospective leads and opportunities
  • Effectively communicate with customers to achieve goals for current and future products, including building and delivering impactful presentations
  • Build relationships with internal team members, collaborating cross-functionally to drive EcoCore portfolio performance


Required Skills/Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in EcoCore markets
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated track record of sales and business development achievement in a hands-on environment
  • Proven knowledge and network of distributors and end-users
  • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and strategic thinking
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and partners

  • Travel as needed to support the EcoCore Division
