Responsibilities

  • Prepare and revise architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
  • Produce drawings and design packages for internal stakeholders and project teams.
  • Coordinate retail buildouts, amenity space renovations, office improvements, and apartment renovation projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between ownership, architects of record, contractors, engineers, consultants, and expediters.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure consistency with project goals and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate permit filings, approvals, and agency submissions with architects and expediters.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify issues, and ensure work is completed according to plans.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Assist with value engineering and problem-solving throughout the design and construction process.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously across the company’s portfolio.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. This is a hybrid role that combines architectural drafting, design coordination, and project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AutoCAD and enjoys being involved in projects from concept through completion.

This role will work closely with ownership, architects, contractors, consultants, and expediters to ensure projects are designed, documented, approved, and executed efficiently.
