Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating project phases from concept through construction. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage client communication and expectations, and ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and code compliance. This is a vital role for someone who can proactively address risks, monitor budgets, and drive projects to successful outcomes in a collaborative, research-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Oversee project execution from concept to construction, managing timelines, budgets, and project phases.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, delegating effectively to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with architectural documentation and coordination tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, project management software) and familiarity with permitting processes.
