A Client Innova Solutions Is Immediately Hiring for Architectural Project Manager
Position Type: Full-Time ContractDuration: 06 MonthsLocation: Orlando, FLAs an Architectural Project Manager you will:- Assist Architectural Operations Team with New Technology Projects Discovery and Design Phases.
- Assisting Design Team in Creation/Evaluation of Design Initiatives Including New Options, Styles and Details.
- Managing Multiple Project Teams/ Outside Consultants.
- Regular Collaboration with Counterparts in Other Groups (Such As Design and Engineering).
- Project Management/Quality Control.
- Responsible For Meeting Project Deadlines, Budget and Quality Standards.
- Projects Include New Construction Documents.
- Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams and Multi-Disciplinary Projects.
- Able To Plan and Prioritize While Focusing on Detail Orientation and Effective Time Management.
The Ideal Candidate will have:- 5+ Years Previous Related Experience.
- Minimum of 2+ Years of People or Project Management.
- Associate degree Or Equivalent Vocational/Technical Certification.
- Software - AutoCAD, Excel, Word.
- Architectural And Construction Knowledge.
- Project And People Management Experience.
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred: - Bachelor of Architecture.
- Software - Sketchup, BIM360.
- Residential Experience.
